ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSITION FROM OPM to DEPT OF AG
Senate bill 1143, which passed during the last Arizona legislative session, transferred regulatory authority of pesticide use on golf courses from the Office of Pest Management (OPM) to the Environmental Services Division of the Arizona Department of Agriculture (ADA). Custom applications (for hire) to golf still fall under the jurisdiction of the OPM. There are several things that are/may be needed for golf individuals to make the transition to Ag.
Below are several resources we hope will help you make the transition seamless.
